Greetings from Chicago’s Ohare airport. I am returning home today from my weekend in Iowa and am excited to re-join life in East Tennessee with my wife, my dogs, and my youth group! We’ve got an exciting event at the church tonight with dinner and a movie for all middle school and high school students. The dinner is going to be UNBELIEVABLE! If you are a youth in the Knoxville area make your way over to First Farragut UMC tonight at 5:30pm with $5 for an awesome night of fun! We will be finished at 7:30pm.
Growing up I was always use to hearing my Dad preach on Sundays. It was pretty cool to be sitting at home having a bowl of cereal with the man who would a short time later bring the Word of God to the people of God. So instead of me digging inside my heart for inspiration today I’m going to allow you to be encouraged by my father, who is doing a fantastic job with his blog, “this is the day, with Steve Aronowitz.” You can read his blog about courage and the olympics at stevearonowitz.com. Click this link and be encouraged. Talk to you all in the morning!
